SupportLINK provides IT services to the health care sector in BC. They focus on IT management, so whenever their clients need website support, design, and/or landing pages, they subcontract the work to Perti. Perti doesn’t do the SupportLink website since it hasn’t needed any work since they built it themselves. We only do work for their clients.

This company recently started working with us. They created the website on their own but encountered many issues. We have only started working with them to fix the front end, but are scoping the issue on the backend to optimize the speed of loading. Right now, their website is very slow. Once we are done with the scoping of work and they approve the effort cost, we will be working on the speed of loading on their site to give their users a better experience.
